My Lockdown Covid Sewing Holiday-Restricted but not Stopped!
I am on a big holiday ATM in a country new to me. The language is a bit hard to learn. It's a country that has a lot of social rules that are quite restricting.

The people are a bit standoffish and have some very strange customs. They don't show their mouths and are quite hostile if they see anyone's else's mouth. If you get a chance to have a quick chat be warned ... Do Not offer to shake anyone's hand ... you will be left hanging. The locals seem like a cold bunch overall. They don't hold hands, hug or kiss!
Entertainment is woeful! Everything shuts down at 8pm. No point sneaking out ... nothing's open and if you get caught out, you have to pay a big fine.
My Holiday Wardrobe
I'm wondering why I chose this destination for a holiday. The highlight is that the accommodation has a sewing room fully equipped with fabric, patterns and a sewing machine. Whenever I go into this room my mind is alive with hope and creativity. A haven in a strange country available for me.

Making Masks with Personality
We have 6 weeks - Now 8 weeks …Stage 4 Lockdown:- Curfew - home by 8pm, food shortages, 5km radius travel limit, no school, no gym, no physical contact - that means no hugs, only one person allowed out per day to shop for essential items only, takeaway coffee/food only - don't try and sit down anywhere either.
Online is the New Normal.
Non compliance = Get caught = Get a very hefty fine
